We ship our instruments with DHL (insured shipping). You can track your order online immediately after shipping and plan the arrival of your new instrument.
What do I do if the delivery is damaged?
Due to a very secure packaging of our accordions and guitars we have a 98% shipping security! If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with pictures and contact us. Your delivery is completely secured by the DHL transport insurance.
