The 2021 Martin D-42 Purple Martin Flamed Myrtle is the fourth model in the Purple Martin series. The Martin Purple series was inspired by the Purple Martin bird from Pennsylvania. The Martin D-42 Purple was limited to 100 pieces worldwide. The model offered here is NR.84 of 100.

The wonderful Martin D-42 Purple Dreadnought acoustic guitar was spoiled with a top made of solid Bear Claw Engelmann spruce. The top construction was realized by forward-shifted X-bracing. The back and sides were made of solid flamed Myrtlewood.
The body and the neck back were lacquered in high gloss. Back and sides were kept in a very fine purple, which rounds off the overall appearance of the Martin D-42 Purple.
Martin D-42 Dreadnought Purple Limited Acoustic Guitar
The D-42 Purple Limited was decorated with 42 Pearl inlays. The Purple Martin and a mountain laurel flower were depicted on the pickguard. The mountain laurel is the state flower of Pennsylvania. The fingerboard was also decorated with beautiful Pearl inlays. At the 5 - 7 fret the Purple Martin was pictured and 10-13 fret the Mountain Laurel. The 15-19 fret was decorated with a sitting Purple Martin.
The headstock of the Martin D-42 Purple acoustic guitar was decorated with vertical Martin lettering. High quality Waverly tuners were installed for proper tuning.

Das letzte Instrument der Hohner Concerto Serie ist das Concerto III. Es handelt sich um ein 72-Bass-Akkordeon mit 34 Tasten. Das Hohner Concerto III Akkordeon wurde mit einem 3-Chörigen Diskant bestückt. Die 3-Chöre können über 5 Register im Diskant geschaltet werden. Der Bass des Instrument wurde mit 72 Bassknöpfen ausgestattet, welche über 4-Chöre verfügen. Zwei Bassregister sorgen für die Klangauswahl. Das Gewicht der Hohner Concerto III beträgt ca. 7,5Kg. Die Hohner Concerto III Serie ist zum Akkordeon Lernen oder auch in Akkordeon Orchestern sehr beliebt.
