The Sheeran by Lowden series offers eight individual models in two small body sizes, the S and W series. Both body sizes are familiar from the Lowden series. Ed Sheeran plays both body sizes at home, on stage and on the road. The Sheeran by Lowden acoustic guitars were designed by George Lowden.
The Sheeran by Lowden S-series
Based on the successful Lowden S (small) body, the Sheeran by Lowden S models deliver a surprisingly full sound despite their size. In addition to a choice of solid wood tops and a cutaway, the S2-S4 offer a soundbox bevel. The soundbox bevel provides a comfortable feel for picking or strumming.
The Sheeran by Lowden S models are made in four different variations. The top wood is made of solid Sitka spruce or solid cedar. Back and sides are made of rosewood or walnut. The S02, S03 and S04 models come with a soundbox bevel.
The Sheeran by Lowden W-series
The Sheeran by Lowden W models are based on the Lowden WL (Wee Lowden) body size. This was originally developed for Ed Sheeran. The W series offers a compact feel without compromising on larger guitars.
The W series is made in four different variants. The top wood is made of solid Sitka spruce or solid cedar. Back and sides are made of rosewood or walnut. The models W03 and W04 are made with a soundbox bevel.
